Introduction & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the 777dg platform ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us") and registered users of this platform ("you", "user", "member"). By accessing the 777dg website or opening an account, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

Registration Rules

• Each individual may open only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• The name, address, and date of birth provided during account registration must exactly match the name of the owner of the payment method used.
• You may not operate an account on behalf of a third party or using their funds.
• After registration, 777dg may ask you to complete an identity verification (KYC) process. Withdrawals may be on hold until the required documents are submitted.

Verification Documents

The following documents may be requested as part of the KYC process:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (where applicable)

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your 777dg account secure. Never share your username or password with anyone.

• Use a strong and unique password — a combination of lowercase and uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• If you notice any unauthorised transaction or suspicious activity on your account, notify the support team immediately.
• Always log out after using your account on a public or shared device.
• 777dg will not be responsible for any loss resulting from a third party operating your account.

You will be held responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, unless you can prove that unauthorised access took place and the matter was reported to us in a timely manner.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on the 777dg platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.
• You may only use a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods are prohibited, and any such transactions will be cancelled and the funds returned.
• Using deposited funds for money laundering or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 10–45 minutes.
• Additional documents may be requested to verify a withdrawal request.
• The specified wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (see Section 6).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used at the time of deposit.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

777dg offers attractive bonus offers for its members. However, all bonuses are subject to specific terms.

Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: deposit ৳22,000 → bonus ৳10,000 (maximum limit) → total balance ৳32,000.

Wagering Requirements

• Wagering requirement: bonus amount × 10 times.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
• Every bet placed using bonus funds will count towards the total wagering requirement.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus has a specific validity period; unused bonuses are cancelled after expiry.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the account will be cancelled.
• 777dg reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Multiple bonus offers may not apply simultaneously; terms apply separately to each.

Betting & Gaming Rules

Casino games, slots, cricket, and other sporting events can be bet on via the 777dg platform. All bets are subject to the following rules:

• A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled, unless it was not processed due to a technical error.
• 777dg reserves the right to make decisions in situations arising from a technical error in the game software.
• Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is impartial and verifiable.
• In sports betting, any teams or matches mentioned are general examples only; no specific match or date is guaranteed.
• If the internet connection is lost or the device is turned off, the outcome of any ongoing bet will be determined according to the server record.

VIP Program

777dg operates a five-tier VIP program for regular players: Bronze → Silver → Gold → Platinum → Diamond. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777dg platform and will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets in a deliberate pattern to exploit the bonus system (Bonus Abuse).
• Using software hacking, bots, automated systems, or any strategy that provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in a coordinated manner to gain an unfair advantage (Collusion).
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language towards the platform, staff, or other members.
• Placing bets or making payments using a third party's account.

Privacy & Data Protection

Limitation of Liability

Account Closure & Suspension

777dg reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, manipulation, or unfair advantage.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false documents.
• Legal investigation or security-related reasons.

From your side

You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. Before the account is closed, all pending wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible balance must be withdrawn.
